One of the reasons things have been quiet here lat One of the reasons things have been quiet here lately! Had we donated all of our baby supplies? Absolutely! 😅 But God’s plans are greater and wilder than we could ever imagine. We cannot wait to meet baby this October! ❤️
I have too many words for this one. One of my dear I have too many words for this one. One of my dearest friends in the world and her sweet husband welcomed their little Marigold into the world, and we took some pictures. This friend. She’s faithful. She has celebrated with me, mourned with me, laughed with me. so. much, heard about daily details down to a pot of stew or a new pair of fuzzy socks, supported and encouraged me in a million ways, and let me absolutely spam her with photos of my kids and stream-of-consciousness texts. She is interwoven into my life, and her friendship has been one of my greatest blessings for so many years. So you should know that these photos here were talked about for QUITE some time. This is a dream turned reality, taking these photographs. Because she was made for this and wears it so beautifully. And getting to see all the wishes and prayers come to fruition is really just something else.  There’s no way to truly capture the peace that fills the beautiful home these two have created - or the raw JOY radiating off of both of them. But we sure gave it our best shot. ❤️
We really tried to make this a quick engagement an We really tried to make this a quick engagement announcement and not freeze our tooshes off, but these two laugh so much together that we doubled our planned time. Honestly, the most beautiful problem that’s not a problem at all.
